Purpose:

The role of Executive/Senior Executive, Private Sector Engagement is designed to strengthen and expand partnerships with the private sector to enhance employment outcomes for graduates. It involves managing and coordinating partner engagement efforts, ensuring that trainees gain meaningful exposure to job opportunities and are successfully placed. The role also focuses on developing strategic collaboration plans that involve partners in broader organizational initiatives, aiming to secure long-term investment, funding, and support from the private sector. Ultimately, the position plays a key role in advancing the organization’s goal of self-sufficiency and impact sustainability.

● Design and execute strategic engagement plans with the private sector, and craft innovative investment strategies to attract partners and investors for BYLC OPD to meet investment targets
● Develop comprehensive partner and donor engagement strategies to strengthen collaborations, expand support, and secure critical funding and resource support
● Lead partnership development by identifying new opportunities, generating strategic leads, and coordinating partnerships among OPD and Career Centers to mobilize resources
● Prepare, negotiate, and finalize MoUs and partnership agreements with private sector companies, ensuring successful signing, formalization, and long-term collaborations
● Secure brand integration and product promotion opportunities, organize high-impact job linkage events like ‘Youth for Youth’ and ‘Career Expo’, and cultivate long-term relationships with partners and stakeholders

Desired candidate profile:

Education:

● Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferably from Business, Marketing

Experience:

● Minimum 3 years’ experience; preference for backgrounds in business development, partnership development, and investment acquisition

Duration: 12 months to 14 months (based on the availability of funds)

Purpose:

To facilitate BYLC's signature Building Bridges through Leadership Training (BBLT) and BBLT Junior (BBLTJ) programs in Chattogram by bridging the learning between instructors and students and contributing to program implementation and impact.

Major responsibilities

● Assist the teaching team in conducting sessions using experiential learning methodology
● Actively observe, interpret, and intervene to enhance student learning
● Provide feedback and support to the teaching team
● Maintain and track participant attendance throughout the program
● Weekly check of assessments and update the program database
● Guide and support small groups in project design, monitoring, and implementation
● Document learning and challenges faced by each group, and communicate findings with the teaching team
● Contribute to other team efforts as needed

Desired candidate profile:

Education: Must be enrolled in the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of undergraduate studies, or currently pursuing a master’s degree

Experience: Previous internship, facilitation, or teaching experience preferred

Duration: This is a contractual role with two program cycles:

● BBLTJ 50: June 16 to July 17, 2025
● BBLT 52: July 20 to September 20, 2025

Purpose:

The Executive (Marketing) of the Marketing and Communication team is responsible for implementing marketing strategies and campaigns for BYLC’s programs and events across the nation. The Executive will support the marketing function in the execution of strategies of all programs through both online and offline campaigns while working on bringing in applications and brand building through the monitoring of the campus ambassador program.

● Implement marketing strategies and coordinate with internal and external teams to effectively promote programs
● Lead campus activation efforts by visiting institutions and collaborating with educational stakeholders to promote BYLC’s initiatives
● Create and maintain liaison with schools, universities, clubs, career centers, teachers, parents, graduates, and media partners
● Develop content calendars aligned with all BYLC program launches and campaigns to enhance online visibility and engagement
● Produce detailed marketing reports, incorporate feedback from management and also assist the creative team while preparing reports generated to enhance BYLC's brand visibility to optimize future campaign strategies

The Creative Executive is responsible for creating visuals, brainstorming concepts, working with team members to develop concepts, and ensuring that the final design, picture, or video aligns with BYLC’s brand guidelines.

● Plan and produce creative content for both print and digital platforms, including brochures, posters, banners, logos, ads, and social media visuals (static and video)
● Utilize tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro to create graphics, motion graphics, visual effects, and video edits
● Develop visually engaging materials that align with branding goals and program messaging for diverse media channels
● Incorporate feedback from supervisors and stay updated on design trends and tools to improve outputs
● Design certificates, ID cards, visiting cards, and other materials as needed for organizational communication

Purpose:

The prime responsibility of the Assistant Manager, Marketing and Communication, is to lead the communication, marketing and branding team, develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns across Bangladesh. The role requires developing strategies to attract students from English medium, Bangla medium, and Madrassa students to the core programs of BYLC as well as developing marketing strategies for the revenue earning programs of the institute. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the marketing function in the execution of strategies of all programs on both online and offline campaigns and work on long-term marketing objectives and building the brand image of BYLC.

● Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of communication, marketing, and branding strategies for all programs and campaigns
● Supervise and guide the Executive, Marketing and Executive, Creative to ensure the quality execution of initiatives
● Collaborate with different departments to develop and execute annual and quarterly communication, marketing, and branding (CMB) plans
● Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, lead generation, content planning, and analytics
● Ensure brand consistency and tone across all internal and external platforms and media
● Review and approve content, design, and creative outputs prior to publication or distribution
● Lead the analysis of promotional campaigns, prepare reports, and implement improvements based on ManCom feedback
● Represent the CMB team in interdepartmental meetings and liaise with external partners, including media, educational institutions, and other stakeholders
● Guide and support the development and maintenance of stakeholder databases (e.g., universities, media, alumni)
● Support storytelling initiatives by coordinating with alumni and program teams to collect testimonials and success stories
● Any task assigned by the supervisor


Desired candidate profile:

The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge in communication, marketing, and branding. They should be a collaborative team player, yet also capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Education:

● Bachelor/Masters degree in marketing, business administration, media and communications, business management, public relations, or related area

Experience:

● At least 3 years of proven experience in relevant field, preferably in the development or social business sector
