The four plenaries on the inner and outer journeys of leadership will be conducted by MIT faculty Joe Hsueh (PhD, MIT Sloan School of Management) and City Year Director of Leadership Development Max Klau (PhD, Harvard).
The Summit will bring together 450 youth delegates culminating in a powerful network of bright and accomplished youth leaders from all over Bangladesh.
The Summit will create an opportunity to share ideas and learn from distinguished leaders and innovators from the private, public and non-profit sectors in Bangladesh, including policymakers, diplomats, entrepreneurs and academicians.

The theme of Summit 2012 is 'Leading Bangladesh into the Future: A Journey of Exploration.'
