BYLC held its second Annual General Meeting at Lake Shore Hotel in Dhaka on Saturday, March 6, 2010 at 9:30 am. Members of the Governing Board and the General Board were present at the AGM which was chaired by Mr. Zafar Sobhan, Chairperson of BYLC. The Board adopted the audited financial statements for 2009 and discussed the future direction of the organization. Rahman Rahman Huq, a member firm of KPMG, was reappointed as the auditors for 2010.
